His journey began in the United States Air Force, where he supervised training and mentored HVAC technicians at Norton AFB in California. After an honorable discharge, he pursued his passion for transportation, graduating from Road Master Truck Academy and spending two decades as a Transportation Associate with Sysco's delivery department. His extensive career also includes serving as a Transportation Supervisor for DynCorp International, where he trained and licensed heavy vehicle operators in Afghanistan.

In 2022, Kenneth launched American Logistics Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, with the mission of providing high-quality CDL training and career advancement opportunities. His vast knowledge of the trucking industry, combined with his passion for mentorship, makes him an invaluable leader. Whether guiding new drivers through over-the-road training or helping them transition into lease owner operator roles, Kenneth is committed to ensuring every driver is well-prepared for long-term success in the transportation industry.
